A mystical, yes fantastic place. Already on my first visit here I knew - I want to - no - I MUST play here! Always the best entertainment in the form of cabaret and good, selected music. Homemade food of the best quality and fine drinks. But the ambience is simply the highlight next to the charming guests. Anyone who has never been to the vault has simply missed something. UNCONDITIONAL RECOMMENDATION !!!!

That is the "place to be" in Neu-Ulm, if not in Bavaria. The atmosphere is awesome. It is rustic and cozy in the vault itself, and it is extremely pleasant to sit in the beer garden. The menu is small but strong, the food is excellent. And then they have a beer !!! A beer! An own ... :-). And then the people are absolutely nice too. I think they do it on purpose so people come back. I'll be back! And not only because of the stunning cabaret that is always there! 5 stars because seven are not provided.

The slightly different location. It is worth the walk away from the center of Ulm and the well-known (too often seen) bars, beer gardens and pubs! There is a beautiful beer garden where live music is often played. The vault itself is very cozy and homely. Delicious food and the warm landlady top it all off. Conclusion: stop by and have a nice evening! From my own experience I highly recommend the vault as a celebration location :)

Had a great evening on Friday in the vault at the knight's dinner. The food was delicious and plentiful. Especially the appetizer has more than done to us, simple, yet so great and delicious! It was a bit difficult to eat with a spoon and a knife, but you knew what to do when eating knight ;-). Great praise to the "jester" who has amused us the evening over. Since I like magic tricks very much, that could have been a lot longer on my part. Come again!

We were 5 people at the Tafelei and we found it rausgeschmissenes money. The food was ok. Appetizer was sliced ​​vegetables with delicious gravy, main course greasy meat with cabbage and dumplings and dessert panna cotta. In between there was a shot of cherry juice as an alternative to alcohol. The entertainment program was a disappointment. The beginning was still ok but the "magic tricks" had a childbirth level. If you consider, that the food about 45 minutes and the conversation about 15 minutes (distributed in the long evening) to complete, so we sat for 2 hours just rum and have been waiting for program or food. You could talk at the volume there only by screaming. Unfortunately, there was almost no music. The guests were given a lot of time to order drinks, which you have to pay extra. That's my opinion, but I'm personally disappointed because I had music, funny / interesting stories, funny actors and authentic food from the Middle Ages presented. None of it existed. But I think others found it more amusing than me ...

We were to the Tafelei in the vault and were totally thrilled. A brilliant location with very friendly and courteous staff, delicious food and a gorgeous supporting program. An absolutely successful evening I can recommend without reservation!

We were there for a knight's dinner ... I honestly imagined differently ... It was announced 3.5 hours, it took so long ... 3.5 hours wait for the next course ... The atmosphere and the program had unfortunately nothing with knight time too do ... really a pity and it is not worth the money ..

We were there for "Tafelei". You are, as usual in such an event, set to strangers at the table. We had a funny round. The staff was friendly, the food was good. At the price I would have expected more. The main focus was definitely on the interactive interaction of staff and guests which I personally did not like. I just wanted to eat something 😅

Hard to beat! My girlfriend and I have often been here at magic shows or concerts and are thrilled. The ambience is very cozy, on cold days the stove is heated, which fits very well. The food is delicious and the mead that I heard about here tastes very good. Gladly more often!

Back in the 80's this use to be a Pizza place...at least it was for me.
